JP Mediation does not charge any “admin” fees, which can add to mediation costs. Our overheads are low so we do not have to charge this junk fee.
No Travel Fees
Our mediators do not charge for travel within 100 miles of its Buford office. This covers all of metro-Atlanta and the surrounding areas.
No Mandatory Minimums Charged
As litigators, our mediators understand that the mandatory minimum times charged by other mediation services only serve to make the mediator money. By not charging mandatory minimums, our mediators are not wasting your time or money.
No Document Review Fee
As experienced litigators, our mediators have no need to charge a separate fee to review documents. Shouldn’t you expect a mediator to review and prepare for the mediation at no additional cost? We do and accordingly our mediators do not charge for preparation time.
$200 Per Hour/Per Party Flat Fee With No Junk Fees

Free Follow-Up
JP Mediation mediators will take the time and effort AFTER the mediation in an attempt to resolve matters if not settled at the actual mediation. This service is FREE and ensures that our mediators are actively engaged in the process after the parties have left our offices.
