PK Patel has been practicing law in Georgia since 2001. He has a wide-range of experience representing individuals and insurance companies alike. From 2001 to 2006, PK worked at a local Atlanta Plaintiff’s personal injury law firm and handled all types of personal injury cases as lead counsel. From 2006-2008, PK worked on the defense side and represented numerous insurance companies such as State Farm, Mercury, Southern General, Met Life and Auto Owners Insurance Company handling multi-million dollar claims and complex litigation matters. In 2008, PK and his law partner AJ Joshi founded Joshi & Patel, LLC to help injured victims obtain the compensation they deserve.

PK has tried numerous cases as lead counsel and has both extensive litigation and appellate experience in the state and federal courts. PK Patel, through his experience, understands both sides of a personal injury claim and has the skills to help parties resolve difficult cases.
